On August 19th we had the pleasure of participating in Akron's west-side parade. As always we here at the DALE Program continue are promise to stay visible and active in our communities. The west-side parade is a tradition that we as a community has been participating in for years. At this time we would like to thank the organizers and all who took place in this years fun filled parade.
